Nancy Bauer is Affiliated Faculty, Center for Organizational Dynamics, and President of Bauer Associates Inc., a consulting firm
specializing in innovation development and the use of information in changing
behavior, She is CEO and Editor-in-Chief of WomenMatter, Inc., a non-profit,
non-partisan web-centric organization providing women with the information and
quick access they need to participate according to their numbers in the
political process. The founder and former Director of the Dynamics of
Organization Program from 1978 to 1987, Dr. Bauer received her Ph.D. in Learning
Theory from Michigan State University.
